We are seeking an Inventory Planner for Fingerhut to be located at our office in Eden Prairie, MN. The Inventory Planners support the merchandise strategy ensuring that we have the right product at the right time to fulfill customer demand.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with buying team to manage the monthly forecast and open to buy process for a family of business
• Identify and implement strategies to deliver and exceed inventory goals of in stocks, turn, weeks of supply while driving sales
• Drive effective product life cycle management through recommending appropriate marketing and promotional action
• Optimize replenishment settings to balance inventory flow while delivering expected in stock results
• Manage system alerts to ensure accurate product level forecasts
• Partner with supply chain and fulfillment teams to reconcile issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-5 years relevant work experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to collaborate and effective communication skills
• Attention to detail with an eye on the big picture
• Experience with Oracle Retail Planning software a plus (AP/IP, MFP, RDF)
• Experience in an eCommerce retail environment
