Job Description

This role provides a broad range of document processing and office support services with a focus on recordkeeping and transaction processing. The recordkeeping and processing requirements include the creation of files and schedules to ensure records and distributions meet customer requirements, are delivered on-time and meet regulatory compliance standards. Transactions and recordkeeping activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Electronic and Manual Contributions Processing
Loan Payment & Loan Applications Processing
Distribution Processing
Participant and Plan Sponsor Mailings
Plan Census Entry and Review
Electronic and Paper Archiving

In addition, this role requires regular contact with Insurance providers and customers through the 401k Help line, which requires accurate data gathering, problem solving and customer contact.


Qualifications
Combination of education and experience that enables success generally includes a background in accounting and/or financial services, with a working knowledge of ERISA regulations and employee benefit plans being beneficial.
Demonstrated success in an administrative role that requires accurate reporting, impeccable recordkeeping, efficient processing and the ability to meet and maintain regulatory compliance is necessary.
Demonstrated history of successful interactions built on a strong service orientation and effective communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Excel and Word required.
