LOCATION: Burnsville Headquarters

Our SVP/Chief Lending Officer provides strategic as well as tactical leadership and direction to consumer, mortgage and business services staff resulting in outstanding service to members through the delivery of products and services. They are responsible for establishing goals and tactical plans for our consumer, mortgage and business services functions and will evaluate, on a continuing basis, the results achieved by assigned staff to ensure initiatives are achieved and goals are attained as planned. They will monitor industry trends and key performance analytics to optimize lending services and product penetration as well as research and implement enhancements to credit union product lines to increase loan growth. Our SVP/Chief Lending Officer will also participate in the development and implementation of corporate priorities, goals and strategic initiatives and exercise executive level leadership regarding staffing, performance management and employee development to achieve business objectives. With hard work, they are able to help guide our organization forward while keeping the member experience top of mind.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS in business or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years financial services experience with strong results in consumer, mortgage and business lending activities
• 10+ years of management experience
• PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and Outlook/E-mail or equivalents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good project management skills
• Incumbents in this role are required to be compliant with the terms and conditions outlined in Firefly Credit Union's SAFE Act Policy, which includes the submission of fingerprints, the successful completion of a FBI background check and registration in Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
