Our client is a division of a premier global medical device corporation. They are very busy with the production of their latest product offerings and need the help of an experienced Electrical/Manufacturing Technician to provide support by addressing technical problems on electro-mechanical devices. In this exciting role, you will support troubleshooting efforts of production products and fix problems causing products to fail testing.

This is a contract opportunity with expected duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities will include
• Working with other members of the engineering team to solve productions problems
• Trouble shooting electronics and mechanical production problems down to the component level
• Correcting electrical and mechanical production problems
• Develop and document manufacturing procedures and processes in collaboration with others on engineering team
Requirements include
• 2 year technical degree, military training or equivalent work experience. Preference for degree in electrical engineering field.
• Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot electronic and mechanical assemblies
• Experienced with test equipment in manufacturing environment
• Exposure updating schematics
