MDM Rubicon, Inc. was formed in 1993 with the vision of providing opportunities to individuals with developmental disabilities and serious mental illnesses to live successful and fulfilling lives in the community. Since then MDM Rubicon, Inc. has been offering residential and in-home services to residents of Washington and Ramsey counties. We are currently seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our team whose mission is to provide the highest quality of residential services for persons to enable them to reach their maximum potential and to enjoy a happy, satisfying and productive life. The typical caseload of a Site Program Director is 4 to 8 consumers and 7 to 14 staff. A Site Program Director is an essential member of our team with the following responsibilities:
Supervision of staff including scheduling, interviewing, training, and monitoring performance
Development and monitoring all ISP support plans
Ensuring all consumer rights are being adhered to
Ensuring a safe environment for staff and consumers at all times
Communication with consumer families, case managers, and day programs
Auditing all documentation in the areas of finance, mediation administration, consumer books, etc.
Coordination of household maintenance
Adherence to budgetary guidelines
Maintaining all household supplies and groceries

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience as a supervisor in a group home
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Social Services (Social Work, Psychology, Education, Sociology, etc.)
Minimum of one year of experience working with adults with DD
Valid MN or WI driver’s license
Clean driving record
Insured, reliable vehicle for use at each shift
Background clearance by the BCA and DHS
Medication Administration Certificate or willingness to obtain
