As Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing strategic and tactical pricing for UHS. This position will oversee a team of pricing analysts whose responsibility is to accurately model financial performance of proposed business development opportunities. In addition, you will be responsible to design and implement pricing and discounting programs that ensure high quality, consistent, and profitable pricing decisions are made across the organization. This is a highly visible role in which you will work closely with sales, operations and senior management to develop and execute pricing strategies within the organization.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience leading revenue management, business development and/or pricing teams at both a strategic and tactical level, a bachelor’s degree in finance, business or economics (an MBA is preferred) along with strong business acumen, proven analytical skills and extensive knowledge of pricing models and statistics. We seek a team player with excellent collaboration, leadership and oral/written communication skills. Advance Excel, report-writing, and the ability
to manage large data sets, synthesize and communicate findings are also required for this important role.
