As a Post Judgment Collector at Gurstel, Staloch & Chargo you will be responsible for the collection of assigned accounts that are going through the collection/legal process. You will be responsible for recovering unpaid balances on files in compliance with standard operating procedures. You will negotiate on garnishments, setting up repayment plans, negotiating settlements and documenting all transactions thoroughly. We are looking for a candidate that has Retail and Commercial Collections experience; in addition an individual that has a legal background is preferred. We offer flexible schedules and one of the most profitable compensation plans in the business. We have a comfortable and casual work environment, along with many company functions outside the office. We are looking for experienced collectors who want a career in collections; we do not want this to be a stepping stone to another opportunity. We handle very large volume retail and commercial files; we have offices in Minnesota, and Arizona. Up to $35,000 starting salary plus unlimited bonuses!
