Candidates need to have a minimum of 1 year experience working as a pharmacy technician. Compounding, IV, and Long Term Care experience is a definite plus. In addition to good computer skills and well developed communication/people skills, candidates need to have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team, be flexible, organized, efficient and dependable.
