Position Description
We have IMMEDIATE openings for house keepers in the greater metro area!
Purpose:
Help Nook & Cranny bring balance to the busy lives of our clients by being part of our talent pool. As a service provider, you will use your organizational and interpersonal communication skills along side the technical skills we teach you to provide high quality client satisfaction. The quality and productivity of Nook & Cranny is in your hands, as you service the homes of our clients

Requirements:
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must have Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and working car (mileage is reimbursed)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to grow professionally with enthusiasm for continuous learning
• Lift, carry, and push 20-40 lbs, spending time on knees, scrubbing, hand strength, bending, etc.,

• Knowledge of Microsoft office

Responsibilities:
1. Client Relations (4% of Time)
a. Ensure Client satisfaction
b. Greet Clients in a professional and friendly manner
c. Treat Clients and their homes with respect
2. Service Clients (75% of Time)
a. Know and follow Client information for service appointment
b. Gain entry to Client’s home with a key or code
c. Perform standard priorities and any assigned projects from home plans
d. Check all work performed
e. Double check home prior to exiting (lights off, music off, etc)
f. Lock up and secure home upon leaving
g. Assist Team Members
h. Substitute for sick and absent Team Members
i. Be flexible with changes and alterations to the week’s schedule
j. Push Team Members at end of day
3. Prep/Drive Time
a. Beginning of day
i. Pick up work orders from Team Lead at beginning of day
ii. Prepare bucket and supplies for self and assist Team Members if needed
iii. Coordinate driving with Team Member(s)
b. End of day
i. Turn in work orders filled out and initialed by all members of that day’s team
ii. Return payment to Home Manager at end of day, if applicable
iii. Communicate any concerns you or your Clients may have regarding service to Team Lead
iv. Report any problems which may have occurred during any service appointment to Team Lead
v. Return Client keys to appropriate hooks in key box
vi. Separate dirty/clean rags/mop heads and place in appropriate containers
vii. Return mops/brooms/vacuum to supply area
viii. Check and assist with laundry
ix. Check out with Team Lead before leaving for the day
