Abbott Northwestern Hospital is the largest not-for-profit hospital in the Twin Cities with a longstanding tradition of compassionate care and service; centers of excellence in cardiovascular care, oncology, neuroscience, orthopedics and obstetrics; and leadership in education and clinical research. Responsibilities:
Chief Sister Kenny leader for quality, outcomes analysis, rehabilitation compliance, accreditation.
Qualifications:
MHA, MPH, or MBA mandatory; JD preferred.
At least 5 years experience in out patient and in patient medical rehabilitation setting with leadership in quality measurement, governmental and private payor cost and reimbursement analysis, conformance and compliance with rehabilitation accreditation standards and regulations. Fluency in medical rehabilitation outcomes measurement including FIM, R-PPS, erehabdata/ UDS. Demonstrated expertise in medical rehabilitation program evaluation, forecasting, trending and patterns. Experience in internal and external rehabilitation audits (RUC) mandatory.
