We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineering Lead to join our team!

• Responsibilities include mechanical design, training and mentoring, quality and continuous improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 7 years of experience in machine design required
• Experience in the servo motor driven packaging machinery industry preferred
• Experience with electrical design and/or controls preferred
• High level understanding of how motion drives design
• Previous experience defining processes and standards.
• Previous experience with mentoring and training of engineering personnel
• Previous project management experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• High level of understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles
• Ability to travel as required
