Position Description
Coordinate, implement, and assess regional/district/local customer education programs consistent with clinician education needs, corporate education strategies, marketing strategies, and in compliance with AdvaMed and Business Conduct Standards.
Position Responsibilities
*Deliver and provide input and review of core education programs delivered within the region (developed centrally) *Ensure all regional programs and materials meet regulatory and legal requirements, including AdvaMed and Business Conduct Standards. *Monitor and review regional program costs to ensure budget compliance. *Measure and report on metrics for regional programs. *Assure the compliance to Customer Education processes including participant sign-in sheets and evaluations for each program are collated and summarized. *Complete and maintain program information for future planning. *Support the tracking of all education activities in a central database. *Maintain basic knowledge of therapies, product strategies, and business changes within the Neuro organization in order to understand how they may affect the training and education needs of customers. *Identify faculty for potential programs *Interact with Education Operations to ensure effective execution of programs. Travel 20-30%
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years post degree experience (or Masters and 4+), 5 yrs of which in the design and delivery of training/education programs for medical device or pharmaceutical industry

Physical Job Requirements
Physical requirements include lifting/carrying 60 pounds; sit/stand/walk six to eight hours a day; operate moving vehicle; ability to travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) a minimum of 50% of the time. Environmental exposures include eye protection, infectious disease and radiation.
