Position Overview:

We work with over 3,000 Television and Radio Stations providing a suite of innovative growth solutions that drive immediate results. Broadcast media is going through exciting and massive changes, and we are looking for the right Leader to meet the needs of our clients head on. Our relationships are engaged and personal. Traveling and meeting with industry leaders has always been a critical component to our success.

This Leader will have demonstrated a proven and successful history of strategic account management. They will be a problem solver, able to bring insight and foresight to our affiliate network.

  • Applying MA Solutions to address key affiliate/industry needs.
  • Building dependency on our solutions resulting in stronger more profitable relationships.
  • Creating and developing key, high level, national industry relationships.
  • Being a thought-leader with our customers.
  • Leading, Mentoring, and Building a game-changing Account Executive team.
  • Providing clear, smart, and strategic direction to growing their book of business.
  • Challenging current thinking and proposing innovative alternatives.


  • Qualifications:

  • A 3+ year track record of successful Account Management.
  • Savvy, locally connected, and willing to commit.
  • A proven leader demonstrating excellence with achieving results and team building.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
