Position Description
Partner Success Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Partner’s software and product migration management and oversight, i.e. implementation process execution utilizing Lighthouse1 best-practice tools and processes.
• Partner with the Director of Partner Services to coach Partners in understanding the value that Lighthouse1 and its software provide to their organization, including but not limited to: participating in business plan creation/execution, identifying growth potential and upselling, and review Partner processes for best practice recommendations utilizing Lighthouse1’s “Inside Track” documentation and industry standards.
• Responsible for overall relationship satisfaction and partnership development between Lighthouse1 and Partners by fostering strong, positive relationships within an atmosphere of professionalism and honesty. Ensure 75% of assigned Partners could be utilized as a positive reference. Review Partner survey results with the Director of Partner Services to build action items within the Partner business plan, as well as to identify immediate needs.
• Compliance with Lighthouse1’s policies and procedures utilizing Lighthouse1-specified tools, i.e. meeting agendas distributed at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, meeting recaps distributed within 24 hours post-meeting, revised open issue logs updated and distributed within 24 hours post-meeting, and open issues/action items prioritized based on Lighthouse1’s overall strategic focus.
• Utilize the Technical Service Team as the first point of Partner contact for service issues to ensure consistent issue resolution. Manage escalated problem solving through clear communication, consistent use of Lighthouse1 tools, and measured, timely follow-up. Identify internal process or system improvements to mitigate repetition of said problems to foster a proactive environment.
• Maintain accurate Partner information. This includes ensuring Siebel is up-to-date, providing one consistent point of reference for Partner information. Utilize Lighthouse1 tools to provide weekly and monthly detailed reporting of Partner updates internally.
• Consistent communication of Lighthouse1 performance, strategic initiatives, and planned deliverables. This includes value-added functionality and processes, i.e. Partner-specific proactive release communication.
Core Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area, and at least 4 years of successful experience working directly with Partners.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking ability and skills to prepare action plans and execute them appropriately in order to accomplish business objectives.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work in order to meet Partner deliverables and internal needs.
• Contribute to a high performing, sales-driven team.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet goals and build Partner relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required.
• Microsoft Office Suite product experience required.
