	Job Description
	Handle client service inquiries and problems via the telephone for all Retail and Business clients and may assist internal and external customers with operational issues and questions which most commonly includes cross selling retail deposit products; identifying customer needs for additional financial solutions and coordinating delivery with the appropriate subject matter experts; and assisting customers with applications for retail credit products. QUALIFICATIONS Combination of education and experience which enables the incumbent to be successful in the job generally acquired through the attainment of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and one year related experience.
