Production
Blender & Filler Operators
Through state-of-the-art machinery and technical expertise, Schroeder Co. has created products that simply taste better. We seek self-starters with food and/or dairy production experience. Blenders work with blends, add required ingredients and perform quality checks to ensure product quality and efficient production. Fillers will efficiently fill equipment, maximizing production up-time, and clean and sterilize filler equipment. Both positions require attention to detail, quality and cleanliness. Must be a team player with High School/GED, strong verbal/written English skills, computer and basic math skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds with frequent bending, reaching and standing also required. 12-hour shifts, days or nights available.
