Warehouse Thawing Monitor

Hours 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities:

Pull materials to thaw for production per FIFO.

Document items pulled and starting temps of product.

Down stack product to be thawed.

Up stack product when temp needed has been reached and place in cooler.

Monitor temps according to thawing guidelines through process and support with documentation.

Keep work area clean and organized.

Knowledgeable in GMP's, OSHA and HACCP.

Qualifications

High school diplomas or equivalent; or three to six months related work experience and/or training or
combinatin of education and experience.

Computer skills in Microsoft work and Excel. SAP experience helpful.

Must have forklift experience.

Ability to read, speak and write English, Spanish speaking a plus. Ability to read and interpret documents
such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports
and correspondence.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions
and decimals. Ability to rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to deal with problems involving seveal concrete variable in standardized situations.

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to work in extreme cold and spend periods of time wearing freezer suits.

Must be able to be occationally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high
precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions.

Solid work history and attendance record.
