Marketing
This marketing position will grow revenues by identifying new and supporting existing referral sources for an independent physician group in the northern suburbs. Referral sources include physician practices, patients and health plans.
Desired skills include: 3+ years in healthcare, preferably working with physician practices, direct “field” experience in marketing/new business development, Bachelors or Masters degree in related field, knowledge of the local medical marketplace, knowledge of medical terminology, strong communication skills, attention to detail/quality, flexibility.
Responsbilites include: analyzing the market and creating an annual Business Development plan, identifying, evaluating and implementing opportunities to expand and grow the referral base, canvass all offices on a regular basis, accurately and completely share information with those who need it in a timely manner, create marketing/collateral materials to include the following: brochures, flyers, folders, educational articles, print ads, billboard ads, etc., maintain state of the art website, work synergistically with other marketing team members to ensure operational alignment, assess customer expectations, deliver appropriate outcomes and measure customer satisfaction, work with appropriate internal personnel to resolve customer service complaints or requests. Support colleagues by cross-selling and driving business to other related entities.
About 30 hours per week. Generally day hours. Flexibility required on nights and weekends to meet the demands of the position
