Building on a tradition of strength, stability and expertise, and utilizing the most current technology, JCC provides customers with a range of debt collection services to meet all their receivables management needs.

Account Managers are responsible for skip tracing, inbound/outbound calling to Consumers to determine solutions and collecting charged off debt. The successful Account Managers will negotiate and establish acceptable repayment arrangements, payment collection and recovery with Consumers, which can include negotiating settlement offers, while adhering to all applicable collection laws.

Desired Skills: Basic computer skills; the ability to resolve claim issues with insurance payers; the ability to discuss account balances with individuals using excellent communication and customer service skills.
Required Skills: High School Diploma/GED, Customer Service and Basic computer skills.

Pay: Experience $11-16/hr + Bonus, Entry Level $9-12/hr + Bonus *(Our top producers are making $50,000-$60,000+ per year.)

Full-Time Hours, which includes: M, T, 12pm-9pm
W,Th, F, 8am-5pm
(Plus 1 to 2 Saturday a month, working ½ days)
