Position Description

"This individual will start working the 6-3:30 M-F schedule until training and the product is ready. Then move to the 2nd shift when training is completed
Looing for someone who can work the clamping machine and pre-press. This involves putting parts into a larger machine. This person will be on their feet all day, so must be careful with standing in one spot most of the day (will move around within a rug distance to get parts).
Products:
High Security - Manufacture inlays for credit and banking cards in ePayment product line. They also produce speical linlays for ePassports, contactless passports and drivers' licenses, which are subject to particularly high data protection and security requirments.
Standard - Produce inlays for contactless cards in both mass transit and access control. Develop and produce non-card products, such as RFID tags and labels for animal identification.
Main Qualifications:
1. Hours for High Security/Standard Area - 6-2:30pm and 2-10:30pm
2. Hours for High Security Area
a. 7:00 am - 3:30 to start. Hours will change to an alternating schedule after full production is in place.
b. 12 hour swing shifts (48 hours to 36 hours, built in OT)
c. 6pm-6am Schedule and 6am-6pm Schedule
d. Working every other weekend based on their shift - rotating shifts
e. Will work holidays if it falls on scheduled date to work
3. Must have high school diploma
4. Must be a US Citizen (can't be a lawful permanent resident or alien authorized to work in US) --- not be asked during phone interview, but checked during I9 process
5. Must pass extremely detailed federal background check process
6. Will take evaluations -
a. Math Evaluation - must score higher
b. Counting test (Sheets of paper in Chanhassen office - count the pages per stack) - must be able to count to 200
Observing product coming off machine and verifying the quality of the product
Experience with running machines and processing orders
Ideally have production, manufacturing and/or machine operator experience"
