Description
This position helps ensure that adequate and effective systems are in place relating to credit support, reporting and ongoing loan administration for the special assets group. The incumbent is responsible for providing an effective support system for the following SAG Department responsibilities: Problem Loan Committee, collection of financial and credit information for SAG credits, on-going monitoring of exit credits, and loan documentation review. This person will act as a primary communication liaison between SAG, loan operations, cash management, finance and outside legal counsel. This person will also prepare various loan management reports for review by Senior Management. This person will work with all levels of bank staff from senior management to assistants in carrying out their responsibilities.
Requirements
College degree in finance, accounting or business related field, four or more years of business banking administration, and construction loan management experience are required. Preferred candidates will have prior experience with Special Assets and OREO and preparation and review of loan documents.
