Anchor Bank – West St. Paul President and Farmington President - Two Positions! 

 

Looking to leverage your leadership and business banking talents in a customer-focused banking organization?  Do you have significant business development, relationship management and credit skills?  We have two excellent opportunities for you to put your talents to work!  

 

Anchor Bank is recruiting for two talented, seasoned business / commercial Presidents to lead our West Saint Paul Anchor Bank team and our Farmington Anchor Bank team.  Anchor Bank is a healthy, family-owned, privately held bank with $1.3 billion in assets, 16 locations and 350+ employees in the Twin Cities.  

 

The West Saint Paul president will lead of team of business bankers as well as a bank manager responsible for the consumer lending side of the business.  Total assets of location are over $160 million.  While the President’s primary responsibilities is to lead the team and business development, the President will hold a portfolio with some of our most complex client relationships.    

 

The Farmington president will lead of team of business bankers as well as a bank manager responsible for the consumer lending side of the business.  Total assets of location are over $24 million.  While the President’s primary responsibilities is to lead the team and business development, the President will hold a portfolio with some of our most complex client relationships.    

 

The President is responsible for directing the bank’s business in the community with the objective to achieve bank goals, maximize growth and profitability in a manner consistent with the values and interests of Anchor Bank. The President has responsibility for the management and operational control of the bank with the approval and guidance of the Region President. The President ensures that bank policies, goals and objectives are in alignment with the strategic goals of Anchor Bancorp, Inc.  Some key areas of responsibilities include strategic direction and leadership, performance management, business development, risk management, relationship management, customer service, talent management, and community involvement.

 

Qualified candidates will a bachelor’s degree plus eight to ten years of progressive banking experience, including leading/managing employees and a proven record of success in business development. Candidates must have a complete and in depth knowledge of the business of banking, its laws and regulations. Preferred candidates will have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.  Have significant direct experience in coaching and developing others.
