Treasury Operations Supervisor responsible for managing daily financial markets operations associated with domestic cash and banking, foreign exchange, commodities, debt, investments, and global in-house banking.

Key responsibilities include:
* Supervise and coach team of analysts, providing performance feedback and guidance on projects.
* Oversight of daily cash positioning, forecasting, and coding, and debt and investment accounting.
* Manage daily foreign exchange, commodities, and global in house banking operations and related hedge accounting. Ensure compliance with FAS 133.
* Satisfy compliance and disclosure requirements, including ownership of SOX controls and providing input for the 10K and 10Q filings.
* Manage daily interfaces with internal departments and external partners, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and leveraging opportunities for improvement.
* Work closely with Treasury Systems Analyst and IT to ensure Treasury Workstation capabilities are being optimized.
* Oversee acquisition integration activities for domestic cash/banking and in-house banking processes


Qualifications
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 4 years work experience in Finance or Accounting
  • 1 year supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • 7 - 9 years of work experience in Finance
  • 2 - 3 years of Treasury experience
  • Understanding of key functional processes that interact with financial markets related processes/activities
  • Familiarity with relevant accounting standards including FAS 133, FAS 157, and FAS 161
  • Understanding of financial markets industry (major players, trends, product/service offerings, etc)
