We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, assertive professional tojoin our team as a Branch Manager. This individual must possess strongcommunication, customer service, and interpersonal and sales skills. As theBranch Manager, the primary responsibilities will include:

1) Effectively managing the day-to-day operations and achieving the growthobjectives established by the Guaranty Bank Family of Companies for this branchoffice
2) Managing the branch staff to achieve the established goals by building acohesive and effective team
3) Developing and coaching staff, creating a motivating environment andrecognizing success of employees
4) Ensuring compliance with appropriate bank, regulatory and legal requirements
5) Developing and promoting good community relations and understanding GuarantyBank products as well as seeking information regarding currentpolitical/economic events and their impact on the financial industry and ourcustomers.


This qualified candidate must have a minimum of two years of sales managementor banking management experience with a proven track record of holding directreports accountable for meeting/exceeding sales goals. Our successful BranchManagers are energetic, self-motivated, and initiate innovative approaches tothe marketing effort.
