A’viands Food & Services Management Company is seeking an energetic Field Support Dietitian to provide dietitian support services to a variety of facilities in Western and Northern Minnesota.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Resource person for the facility Clinical Dietitian, Food Service Director and District Manager


• Assist Clinical Dietitians with system/policy development


• Assist in opening new accounts in assigned area


• Development of special therapeutic menus for smaller behavioral health facilities


• Assist in reviewing therapeutic diets for standard menus


• Assisting in quality assurance projects and other projects

Additional Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years experience in Geriatric Nutrition


• Strong understanding of nursing home regulations


• Strong communication skills


• Team player


• Requires some travel
