We are looking for business oriented individuals with a passion for helping others pursue their dreams of business ownership. This is My Dream Job’s consultants serve our clients by walking them through the process of buying a franchise. Our team of consultants works diligently on providing franchise candidates with all of the relevant business information required to make a well informed and sound decision. We train and manage our consultants for success with a proven model.

The primary job responsibilities include identifying and qualifying quality franchise candidates and taking them
through a complete due diligence process with the final objective of presenting each candidate with a set of
franchises specific to their skills and goals, and ultimately leading them to a final decision.

Responsibilities Include:

Listening and analyzing the goals and skills of clients

Following up with clients and prospects throughout the process

Researching and presenting potential franchise options to clients

Maintaining relationships and networking with other business professionals

Working & communicating effectively with clients

Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals

Average commission of $7000 per sale

We expect all of our consultants to be making in excess of $100,000 per year

Requirements

Strong communication and organizational skills, both verbal & written

Great listening skills & creative problem solving abilities

Ability to motivate oneself and work independently

Integrity

Ability to prioritize & multi-task

Ability to follow a proven system

High level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level

Ability to qualify and educate prospects

Experience in business-to-consumer sales is a plus

Proven background in prospecting

Capable of managing and working with multiple clients

College Degree or equivalent work experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office
