Meridian Behavioral Health, a Minnesota leader in behavioral health care services, with a large network of chemical dependency treatment centers, is seeking a Program Director at our men's residential treatment facility, Twin Town located in St Paul. We’re looking for talented, experienced and passionate professional to enhance our management team and grow along with us! Our goal is to attract and retain the best.

Program Directors provide leadership and general management oversight for the residential facility. Directors are responsible for staff and business development, turnover, financial results, client satisfaction, compliance and quality.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in Minnesota as Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and have three years of work experience in administration or personnel supervision in Human Services. Additional experience in staff and program development, managing budgets, ability to work in collaboration with other team members, and working knowledge of Rule 31 is required.
