Position Description

Pinnacle Services is seeking Home Health Aides and/or Certified Nursing Assistants to work in an assisted living apartment building for adults with mental illness. Responsibilities include: medication administration, laundry assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, emotional/activity support and documentation.
Shifts available in NE Mpls:
  • Tues 6:00am - 12:00pm
  • Wed 4:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Sat 4:00pm -10:00pm
  • e/o Sat 8:00am - 4:00pm

    • Shifts available in Plymouth:
  • e/o Sat/Sun & every Fri 10:00pm – 6:00am (awake overnights)

    • NEW Shifts available in Brooklyn Park:
  • Awake Overnights
  • Afternoons/Evenings
  • Mornings/Days
  • Weekends
    • A valid driver's license, dependable vehicle and car insurance are required. HHA/CNA certification preferred.
