Facility Description: Medi-Sota, Inc. & Rural Health Alliance represent over 30 rural community medical centers located throughout Southwestern, Western, and Northwestern Minnesota. Both organizations are Not-for-Profit Healthcare Consortiums.

The member hospital/medical center we are recruiting for is a regional referral 49 bed Critical Access hospital with attached 76 bed nursing home providing care to a service area of 32,500.

Position Description: Direct this Pharmacy department to include an experienced staff of 3 Pharmacists and 3 Pharmacy Techs. Create the future of Pharmacy services here!

Position Comments: Currently going live with Meditech systems and plans to add automated dispensing.

Schedule: The current scheduling operates on 10 hour day shifts plus shared weekend hours (5-6 hours) every 3rd.

Experience Required: Doctoral degree (Pharm.D) in pharmacy and completion of an ASHP accredited residency required. Knowledgeable with Pharmacy computer systems and PC applications. Experience in pharmacy administration, clinical pharmacy, as well as stewardship of organizational resources preferred. Preferable, three to five years progressively more responsible related work experience including approximately two to three years in a supervisory capacity, necessary to acquire a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical care in support of the hospital and local health care system. Licensed as a registered pharmacist in the state of Minnesota or eligibility.

Compensation: Negotiable into $130sK range + relocation and sign on bonus
