| PRIMARY FUNCTION: Develop and implement policies/procedures for the private banking area; recommends changes to senior management. Ensures that private bankers follow established lending procedures and perform adequate credit analysis. Review quality of loan portfolio and monitor the development of unfavorable trends. Monitors the achievement of goals for assigned group. Directs the activities of the private bankers, reps and coordinators, concentrating on and encouraging the growth and development of subordinates and their corresponding client relationships. Coordinates the cross selling of various products and services (personal & business banking, wealth management, investment and brokerage, etc) offered by other functional areas of the company to ensure timely and efficient delivery to clients. Develop strategies to market and deliver private banking services to high-net-worth clients. Provides service for the largest and/or most complex accounts. Develop new client relationships from internal and external referrals. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree 10+ years professional Management, Private Banking, Previous Financial Experience |
