Access North provides a number of services for veterans with disabilities and their families. Staff will work closely with Veteran service providers to assist individuals and their families with navigating the system so they can receive the benefits they are entitled to.

H.O.M.E.S., Inc. was developed in 1972 for the purpose of providing support services to people with developmental disabilities.

AccessAbility, Inc. provides an array of programs and services to meet the changing life needs of adults with a variety of barriers to employment and community inclusion including individuals with disabilities and economic disadvantages. The mission of AccessAbility is to provide opportunities for self-sufficiency for people with barriers to employment and community inclusion.

At ACT, people with disabilities and allies come together to tell their stories, make friends, compare struggles and celebrate life. Because of this mutual support, people are willing to take risks and practice leadership.

MISSION STATEMENT: To advocate for and help older people and people with physical or developmental disabilities secure needed services or benefits, live with dignity and security, and achieve maximum independence and quality of life. The goal of the Aging and Disability Resource Center program is to empower individuals to make informal choices and to streamline access to services.

We are a no-cost, single point of contact for information and assistance to residents of Buffalo, Clark and Pepin Counties, all at no cost to you. We can help you sort through all of the options that are available for older adults and adults with disabilities, mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders, along with their family members and caregivers.

Aging and Disability Resource Centers, or ADRCs, offer the general public a single entry point for information and assistance on issues affecting older people, and people with disabilities regardless of their income. These resource centers are welcoming and convenient places for you and your family to get information, advice and access to a wide variety of services. Services can be provided through the telephone, in the resource center, or in your own home.

The Agining and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) provides information to the general public about services, resources, and programs for adults with disabilities, children with disabilities transitioning to adulthood, and the elderly in need of assistance.
