Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with Women receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications (known as JobCasts™) can be customized by location, profession, education and experience. |

Association for the Advancement of Hmong Women in Minnesota The Association for the Advancement of Hmong Women in Minnesota (AAHWM) recognizes Hmong women's strengths and desires to succeed through providing cross-cultural services, education and advocacy. AAHWM was formed in 1981 as the first non-profit organization operated by Hmong women, for Hmong women, in the United States. The organization was established to address the evolving needs of Hmong women and their families. Today, AAHWM helps women and girls from Minnesota's 60,000 Hmong gain knowledge and skills to help them succeed and plan for their future and the future of their families. |
