Overview

Summary

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing CCaaS is responsible for the leadership role in defining the go-to-market strategy for all of C1's CCaaS portfolio, orchestrate launch plans, develop differentiated positioning and messaging, contribute to demand generation campaigns and produce compelling content to support each step of the CCaaS buyer's journey. You'll analyze and drive product packaging and pricing, work closely with product management to define and deliver a market-driven roadmap and provide subject matter expertise on selling against the competition. You will be a subject matter expert in all aspects of C1's CCaaS portfolio, acting as a spokesperson at industry events and during interactions with industry analysts and the media.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

    Develops product value propositions, positioning and messaging that defines the brand and differentiates ConvergeOne from its competitors, and demonstrates relevance to the target buyers
  • Translates product specific features into benefit positioning and messaging for buyers focused on business outcomes in terms that they understand, care about, and are willing to pay for
  • Supports and collaborates with product management, demand generation, analyst relations and customer reference teams
  • Facilitates and oversees content creation for critical product related topics, in forms such as ebooks, blogs, articles, videos, podcasts and digital marketing assets designed to build awareness, consideration and preference for your designated products
  • Enables internal sales and partners with tools, training, and collateral that equips them to win deals, close business and gain market leadership
  • Collaborates with product management to help shape the product roadmap based on feedback and experience from interactions with customers, prospects, partners, analysts, and industry experts
  • Collaborates with Sales teams to provide support where needed including product roadmap reviews, case studies, ROI proof points, and other collateral to increase pipeline volume and velocity for the product you represent
  • Drives primary research, segmentation analysis and 1:1 customer interviews that underpin thought leadership and product-specific content development
  • Supports competitive intelligence and analysis for your product line, including win-loss and competitive positioning
  • Supports sales engagements, industry events and analyst and media engagements
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any similar field, or 5+ years' related experience
  • Deep contact center industry experience and domain knowledge is required with a strong background in CCaaS, including omnichannel engagement, omnichannel orchestration and routing, AI automation, workforce engagement, analytics/reporting, along with all other aspects of a full contact center solution suite
  • 5+ years of product marketing and/or product management experience in the contact center industry
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to create, produce and present compelling and persuasive presentations and webinars
  • Expertise in strategy, development, execution, and monitoring complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to present the results of your analysis in an impactful and concise manner
  • Detail-oriented and organized multi-tasker who can execute on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, including the ability to lead with and without authority to gain alignment and execute strategy and program tactics

Pay Range

$115,000 - $140,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
