Job Description
North Star Bank, Roseville MN, is seeking an energetic and dedicated Teller to provide excellent customer service by processing transactions (withdrawals, deposits, money orders, etc.) balancing drawer daily, data entry and responding to customer inquiries and answer questions in a precise and timely manner.
Requirements:
Previous Teller/banking experience is preferred, cash handling and customer service experience required.
Hours: 8:30 - 5 Monday - Friday
9 - 12 Saturday, rotating schedule

Requirements:

- Processing transactions (withdrawals, deposits, money orders)
- Accept deposits and payments for loans and credit cards
- Issue/redeem savings bonds, cashier’s checks, and check orders
- Maintain a balanced teller cash drawer
- Report suspicious transactions, activities, and situations to appropriate personnel
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Provide quality, accurate and timely responses to inquiries from external and internal clients in person, over the telephone, or by email
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner
- High attention to detail with all transactions
- Ability to cross-sell bank products and services
- Able to lift and move coin bags (up to 30 lbs.)
- Balancing accuracy and math skills
