Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Accounting Analyst who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients' success. This position will be working out of one of our Infrastructure Solutions offices in either WI, IA or MN and will have the opportunity to work hybrid. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for proper accounting and consulting of project financial reporting to Foth project managers
  • Coordinate project information and accurately create projects in ERP system
  • Maintain familiarity with client-specific standards and expectations
  • Support project managers by monitoring and analyzing project schedules and budgets
  • Prepare and monitor financial/project reports, invoices, and purchase order status
  • Proactively work with Foth project team members to insure timely billing and receipt of payments within contract terms
  • Process payment vouchers, member expense reports, and project assignment requests
  • Assist with the creation of the marked-up cost estimates for client proposals
  • Assist in other project administrative tasks as requested
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent industry experience
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent industry experience
  • 1-3 years experience in accounting, including invoicing and financial reporting
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent industry experience
  • Previous experience with Deltek Vantagepoint software, Microsoft project management tools (SharePoint, MS Project), and experience producing and/or assisting with contract preparation
