Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Partners with business leaders and Human Resources colleagues to build functional credibility, enable positive change, and proactively support business strategies through consultation and guidance on a wide array of human resources topics, including compensation, employee relations, labor relations, employee engagement, learning and development, talent solutions, and performance management
  • Serves as a primary HR contact to site leadership, providing guidance and direction related to their human resources needs in support of business strategies.
  • Coaches site leaders regarding human resources policies, programs, and processes designed to promote healthy work environments, employee engagement and a culture of continuous growth.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Minimum of three years of related experience working collaboratively within a complex, highly matrix environment with a strong business acumen.
  • Experience navigating state and federal employment laws with demonstrated experience managing confidential matters with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent human resources experience.
