Job Description
Home Federal has an opportunity within their corporate office for a Director of Deposit Operations in Rochester, MN. Here at Home Federal this position serves on the senior leadership team and is responsible for the overall daily responsibility and supervision of the bank Deposit Operations and Client Services teams. Our Director of Deposit Operations works closely with the Chief Financial Officer, the Operations Manager, and Branch Managers on a daily basis to ensure timely an accurate processing of operational requirements. This position will support and champion our core system and the various bank platforms in conjunction with other internal and external business partners.

Minimum requirements include:
- Four-year college level business administration degree, or related field.
- 5 + years of banking experience with a minimum of 2 years of deposit product or related operations experience.
- 2 years of leadership experience in managing and/or developing high-performing teams.
- Working knowledge of bank products and services, strong decision making, and business analytics experience.
- Must be an effective communicator, both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate virtually and with all levels within the bank.
