Role Overview:
Provide preventative Maintenace services to company equipment in the field and out shops. Perform minor repairs as needed. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members.


Minimum Qualifications:
As a successful Lubrication Technician you will have:
1.High School or GED plus higher trade or technical school or equivalent in related field

2.Mechanical experience - diesel engine preferred

3.Ability to have or get a Class B license and to maintain a medical card and acceptable driving record.

Duties & Responsibilities
1.Dispatched to perform preventative maintenance services to company equipment

2.Use a high degree of independent judgement and assumes responsibility for safe maintenance and repair on a variety of equipment

3.Properly maintain service truck and related equipment to perform duties. Maintains clean and safe working environment

4.Pass a pre-employment drug test and physical

5.Positively interacts with manager and team members to complete tasks at hand

6.Communicates job status with supervisor to maximize job efficiencies

7.Maintains proper paperwork of work performed and submit at the end of each shift

8.Provide basic hand tools to perform assigned duties

9.Operating equipment at night under artificial lighting

10.Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations and act courteous/respectful of others.

11.Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.). Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors.

12.Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, MSHA safety and environmental regulation compliance.

13.Performs other duties as assigned.
