As a member of our 40-employee team, you will help support our perfection-driven customers and the (10) Westfall molding facilities across North America.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SINKER EDM SPECIALIST

As a Sinker EDM Specialist, your job is to operate Sinker EDM machines creating a variety of custom molds. Each day is filled with building different components for perfection-driven customers. Daily tasks include part set-up, machine operation, component inspection, program adjusting, and edits to build parts to print. You will have opportunities to troubleshoot and resolve issues to achieve successful operation of the machines and build parts to print.

In addition, you ensure that we operate efficiently by performing inspections for quality assurance, taking care of regular preventative maintenance, and supporting efforts to improve production processes and procedures to directly enhance efficiency, accuracy, quality, and company profits. QUALIFICATIONS FOR SINKER EDM SPECIALIST

• 2-year Machine Tool program degree OR equivalent experience
• 3-5 Years of experience in programming and operating Sinker EDM machines

WORK SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION FOR A SINKER EDM SPECIALIST

1ST shift is Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Overtime as needed.

Salary: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
