POSITION SUMMARY:
Shift your career into gear when you join our elite fleet of Andersen drivers! This regional OTR opportunity will be based in Bayport, MN. Our drivers enjoy dedicated lanes within the Midwest region, hauling Andersen product and partner freight. The driver will mostly be expected to bump docks or drop & hook, but there may be some driver-assist deliveries. Generally, Monday - Friday, with some Saturday or Sunday work as customer volume dictates. This position requires a wide range of skills including safe driving, trip planning, decision making, problem solving, flexibility, and top-notch customer service.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
