The Director of Human Resources (HR) provides strategic and operational HR leadership in the University of Libraries. This position reports to the University Librarian/Dean of Libraries and ensures compliance with university policies, laws, and labor contracts. They manage a team of HR professionals to guide and support all employees. This critical role is a member of the
