Skills, knowledge, qualifications, and experience
Five years as a Apprentice Carpenter or equivalent training.
Must use good common sense at all times, be ambitious, reliable and possess a commitment to producing quality work.
Has developed the ability to see and think ahead.
Displays ambition, motivation and willingness to do whatever it takes to satisfy our client’s needs and get the job done.
Must possess and maintain a positive attitude toward your work, your fellow employees, the company, the subcontractors and our clients.
Must possess the ability to work as a member of a team in accomplishing detailed daily and weekly goals as outlined and communicated by the job site Superintendent.
Needs to have a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
Must have a working telephone number or other reasonable means of communication.
Must have all necessary carpentry tools.
Needs to possess a thorough knowledge of and ability to safely use all construction tools and equipment.
And the ability to work with all power and air tools efficiently, productively, accurately, and safely.
Must have a thorough knowledge of all construction processes, procedures, methods and technologies.
Must possess the ability to fulfill all physical duties, such as lifting 75 lbs, crawling, kneeling, bending and climbing.
