Position Description


MedLearn Publishing is looking for a fast thinking, highly motivated Sales Lead Generator Specialist with a history of successes, ability to learn quickly and a drive to be the top performer of results. The Lead Generator Specialist ( LGS) is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads. This individual will be highly motivated, this self starter will be able to identify and develop new business propoects from mulitiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospects lists, tradeshows and other sources.
 
In this role, a Lead Generator Specialist will:

 

  • Perform Business to Business Lead generation and sales prospecting through prospecting for new businesses, appointment scheduling and building solid revenue pipelines
  • Re-qualifying leads from tradeshows, mailers and other marketing resources so to identify/ qualify potential prospects.
  • The Lead Generator Specialist will provide leads to proven performers who demonstrate closing skills
  • Work with the Sales Director to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet weekly, monthly and quarterly project goals.
  • Manage data of the new and prospective clients in NetSuite / Excel to ensure all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Perform outbound Business to Business calls with potential customers and referrals regarding MedLearn Publishing products and services.
  • Lead generation through prospecting for new businesses, appointment scheduling and building solid revenue pipeline.
  • Organizing and prioritizing daily activity
  • Minimum dials and call duration based upon project work.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, and product and personal development training.
  • Outstanding effort, work discipline and positive attitudes of a professional organization.

Required experience and knowledge
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field preferred not required.
  • 1-3 years telemarketing, inside sales experience or appointment setting
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Must apply strong listening skills, tact, and candor in all communication.
  • A Positive and energetic demeanor Enthusiasm and positive attitude is a must when speaking with clients over the phone.
  • Dependability and punctuality.
  • Fast learner with ability to multi-task, organizes set project requirements, and can work alone and in small team environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in NS Office products ( Excel, Work, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM software preferred.
