As a Sprint Sales Representative, you will gain communication experience with a diverse customer base. By providing the best technology and mobile solutions to customers with varying technical skill sets, you’ll learn how to relay information and sell products to them in a way that they can understand.
Our extensive Wireless Sales & Technical Training program will provide you with the tools you need to become a star sales rep on our team!
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in any industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong interest in technology
Ideal Sales Rep Candidates will possess the following skills or abilities:
- Passion for the latest and greatest in wireless technology
- Positive sales attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear verbal communication skills to share repair solutions with clients & teammates
- Ability to successfully work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with paperwork
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to follow protocol and procedures
