Diet Technician - Registered.
Responsibilities Supervises work in accordance with established policies and procedures in the following manner: Obtains menu selections from patients for each meal based on the diet order specified in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Provides training to nutrition services staff related to appropriate menu selection based on diet order specified in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Provides supervision to Nutrition Services Aide positions. Processes cash reports.
