Mesaba Airlines is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northwest Airlines and operates as a Northwest Airlink partner under service agreements with Northwest Airlines. Mesaba provides service to 72 cities in the United States and Canada from Northwest Airlines' three major hubs in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Detroit, and Memphis. Mesaba Airlines operates an advanced fleet of regional jet and jet-prop aircraft, consisting of the 50-passenger CRJ-200 and the 34 passenger Saab 340.
