Retirement Plans
Our Profit Sharing plan is designed to provide financial protection to you and your family at retirement. The Wilson Tool Board of Directors determines the contribution each year based on company profits.
The 401k plan allows you to contribute your earned pre-tax dollars to provide additional financial protection to you and your family at retirement. You would be eligible to contribute on your one year anniversary if you worked at least 1000 hours and would be fully vested from the start.
Education and Career Development
Wilson Tool encourages and supports its employees in furthering their education and developing their career. Part of this support is a tuition reimbursement plan that reimburses your work related education expenses up to $5,250 per year. If formal education isn’t your style, we will work with you to figure out the type of professional development that is right for you.
Corporate Overview Information
In 1966, Ken and Ruth Wilson founded Wilson Tool International®, or Wilson Tool Company as it was originally known, in the basement of a building in the warehouse district of St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. At Wilson Tool, our dedication to you is rooted in a deep sense of responsibility that is shared by all of our employees. It is reflected in our mission statement and in every product that we manufacture. Above all, everything that we do is driven by our goal to deliver the most reliable, innovative, durable, and consistent tools such that our customers can be the most successful fabricators in the world.
