Company OverviewTo Encourage Personal Success and IndependenceThrough Structure and Skill Building OPTIONS Residential, Inc was developed in 2005 due to the high need in the metropolitan area to rehabilitate and provide a structured environment t for those who have a Traumatic Brain Injury. Our primary goal within each site is to enhance the client’s independence by re-teaching skills that were last due to the TBI. OPTIONS Residential, Inc. uses the rehabilitation model. This model suggests that the individual has already been taught skills to implement independence at one point in their life. Due to a head injury (TBI) or a mental health condition there was a loss of these skills. The rehabilitative model emphasizes the ability to become more independent over time with identifying and teaching skills that are needed. All of OPTIONS Residential, Inc. risk management plans, behavior plans, reward programs, and staff training are tailored to the rehabilitative model.
