We believe that persons with mental illness can learn to lead full lives in the community. We challenge ourselves and the larger community to address barriers that inhibit their independence, growth, and recovery. Mental Health Resources (MHR) partners with clients to increase their self-reliance, reduce dependence on hospitals and other forms of institutional treatment, and to enhance clients' abilities to live full lives in the community.

MHR provides an array of services including: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), case management (TCM), counseling and psychotherapy, medication education and monitoring, living skills education, parenting skills training, supportive housing (SHP), vocational support, psycho-social rehabilitation (CSP), and family education about mental illnesses.

In addition, MHR operates a Housing Choice Voucher program through which we administer HUD vouchers and other housing subsidies for individuals with disabilities.
