Since 1988, Caregivers Network has provided home care services to over 300 medically fragile children throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.

CGN provides an average of 17,000 hours of Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse and Home Health Aide, extended hour service each month.

Our clients range from the 25 week preemie with lung disease, to the 6 year old on full vent support who goes to school every day to the young adult who is transitioning from adolescence into independent adulthood and all kinds of kids in between.
